The role
We are looking for a Lead Web Experiences to join our Growth Marketing team on a full-time, on-site basis in India. This is a lead-level position for someone who is a self-starter and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. You will be instrumental in shaping our digital presence and driving our growth through design, automation, and data-driven experiments.
Core responsibilities
- Web Design and Development: You will build high-converting web experiences using Webflow, while utilizing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create custom functionality and seamless, responsive designs.
- Performance and Optimization: You will be responsible for analyzing our website performance, identifying friction points through tools like Hotjar, and running A/B tests to improve conversion rates, SEO, and overall user experience.
- Automation and Growth: You will leverage no-code and low-code tools such as Zapier, Airtable, and HubSpot to build scalable marketing automations and execute programmatic experiments that drive our inbound pipeline.
Skills and experience
To succeed in this role, we look for the following qualifications:
- Two to five years of professional experience in Webflow development, growth marketing, and website optimization.
- A strong technical foundation in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Proficiency with tools such as GA4, Hotjar, Zapier, HubSpot, and Airtable.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to design and execute rapid experiments.
- A passion for emerging technology, including AI and automation, to improve marketing efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
