We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team on an on-site basis in India to lead our DevSecOps initiatives and help us secure the future of employee benefits.
What you'll be doing
- You will lead and mentor a team of talented DevSecOps engineers, creating a collaborative environment where innovation thrives.
- You will architect, implement, and maintain secure, efficient, and reliable CI/CD pipelines while integrating essential tools like automated testing and security scanning.
- You will drive our compliance and security strategy, working across teams to meet standards like ISO27001 and SOC2 while managing incident response and security operations.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong technical background and a passion for leadership. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of professional experience in CI/CD, DevSecOps, automation, quality engineering, and cybersecurity.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in technical leadership and managing security teams, with a proven ability to coach and mentor others.
- Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, as well as containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Deep knowledge of security frameworks, IAM principles, encryption, and secure network configurations.
- Excellent communication skills in English, allowing you to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Professional certifications such as CISA or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor are considered a significant advantage.
