At Plum, we are dedicated to making health insurance simple, inclusive, and accessible for modern organizations. We recognize that healthcare costs are rising rapidly in India, and with many people unable to afford private coverage, we are committed to providing high-quality insurance to 10 million lives by 2030 through employer-sponsored plans. Backed by investors like Tiger Global and Peak XV Partners, we are looking for passionate individuals to help us achieve this mission.
What is this role?
We are looking for a Campaign Management Lead to join our marketing team on a full-time basis at our office in India. This is a mid-level position for someone who enjoys a hands-on approach and wants to take ownership of our end-to-end mass marketing efforts across email, WhatsApp, and other channels. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between creative campaign development and data-driven performance analysis.
What will you do?
- Plan, test, and deploy comprehensive marketing programs, including the creation of engaging content, innovative email templates, and high-converting landing pages.
- Execute trigger-based workflows throughout the customer lifecycle and manage technical setups across platforms like HubSpot, Pardot, and various mail-merge tools.
- Define success criteria and monitor key performance indicators, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, while providing actionable insights to our stakeholders through detailed dashboarding.
What makes you a great fit?
You are a self-starter with a sharp eye for detail and a professional approach to business. To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, combined with at least 2 years of direct experience in email marketing and campaign management.
- Deep technical proficiency with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Pardot, and Salesforce.
- A strong balance of creative ability for content development and analytical skills for reporting and performance optimization.
- Fluency in English and a solid understanding of digital marketing best practices, including compliance with GDPR and CAN-SPAM regulations.
What's in it for you?
Joining our team means you will be at the forefront of a significant shift in the Indian healthcare landscape. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your contributions directly impact our goal of securing health benefits for millions of people. We value professional growth and provide a collaborative atmosphere where you can sharpen your expertise in marketing technology and data analytics.
