Group Product Manager at Loadsmart

What you'll be doing

• Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of product managers while overseeing headcount and succession planning to ensure our collective success.
• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Digital Logistics Execution platform, ensuring every product launch effectively addresses customer pain points and delivers significant business value.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across engineering, design, sales, and business development to streamline our development processes and ensure we are delivering high-quality solutions at speed.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in building and scaling software products. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 6 years of experience in product management, specifically taking software products from their initial concept through to launch and iteration.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience leading, mentoring, and building world-class product management teams.
• Deep expertise in B2B SaaS, supply chain operations, and digital logistics solutions.
• A proven track record of working in high-growth environments where you have translated complex business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making.
• Fluency in English to effectively communicate with our global team.
