What is this role?
We are looking for a Product Marketing Specialist to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis. This is a mid-level position based in the United States, specifically for those who can work out of our Chicago office. In this role, you will own the messaging, product positioning, and go-to-market strategy for one of our fastest-growing SaaS acquisitions. You will act as a bridge between our product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure our offerings resonate with our customers.
What will you do?
- Develop unique positioning and messaging that highlights our competitive advantages while addressing the specific challenges and needs of our target audience.
- Serve as the primary expert on our customers and competitors, conducting interviews and market research to build insight-driven buyer personas.
- Lead go-to-market efforts by collaborating with product managers to integrate launches into buyer-focused programs and creating essential sales enablement materials like white papers, data sheets, and web content.

- At least 3 years of experience in product marketing, specifically within the SaaS and logistics sectors.
- A proven track record of executing successful product launches and go-to-market strategies.
- Technical proficiency with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and various analytics platforms.
- Exceptional communication skills and a strong ability to produce high-quality content for B2B audiences.
- Fluency in English.
