What you bring
We need an experienced product executive to own the vision for our SaaS platform and guide its growth from concept to widespread adoption. You will work full time in a remote setting and lead efforts across Technology, AI, SaaS, Product Management, and Leadership. Your main responsibilities will be translating complex federal regulations and user needs into a clear product roadmap, championing AI-driven improvements that shorten claim wait times, and partnering daily with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver an intuitive, high-impact tool. This role is open to candidates located anywhere.
Requirements
You bring a proven record of launching both consumer-loved products and sophisticated internal SaaS tools, and you are comfortable guiding cross-functional teams toward a shared vision. Strong technical fluency lets you turn user needs into clear technical requirements, while your collaborative style helps you influence without direct authority. Excellent written and spoken English is essential. We value candidates who are impact-driven, eager to master the legal and medical details of disability claims, and ready to apply that knowledge to regulated, high-stakes environments. Prior experience in legal, medical, or AI domains is a plus but not required.
