What you bring

As our Director of Business Process Excellence, you will serve as a senior leader reporting directly to the Chief Strategy Officer. This full-time, remote position is designed for a strategic thinker who can look across our entire organization to identify opportunities for improvement and drive meaningful change. You will own our enterprise process standards and partner with leadership to optimize how we deliver value.

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide process architecture and end-to-end workflows.
• Partner with functional and executive leaders to re-architect high-friction value streams and resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Coach cross-functional teams on continuous improvement methodologies to elevate our organizational capabilities.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a systems thinker with a strong background in business development, engineering, and workflow optimization. You should possess 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in enterprise process engineering or operational excellence, including a proven track record of influencing C-suite stakeholders. We require a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field, such as Engineering or Operations Management, and a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. You must be fluent in English and demonstrate deep technical expertise in integrating workflows with enterprise CRM and Field Service Management platforms. We value candidates who are self-directed, data-driven, and capable of navigating complex, matrixed environments with ease.
