Key outcomes

• Feature Development: You will collaborate with designers, API developers, and QA teams to implement new features. We encourage a transition from weak code ownership to collective code ownership by sharing knowledge and code across the team.
• Code Review: You will participate in consistent, pull-request-based code reviews to ensure that all team members understand the codebase and can contribute to any part of the project when necessary.
• Troubleshooting: You will monitor our live products to ensure a seamless user experience. This involves maintaining high crash-free session rates and tracking network and connection metrics to keep our services stable and predictable.
• Architectural Improvement: You will actively explore and adopt new technologies or paradigms to boost long-term productivity. Your goal will be to create consistent, flexible, and readable code structures that minimize unintended side effects.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Android, iOS, or Web development.
• Strong proficiency in Engineering principles, including API integration and quality assurance practices.
• A collaborative mindset with a focus on collective code ownership and thorough code reviews.
• Proven ability in troubleshooting and performance monitoring to maintain high service quality.
• Fluency in Korean.
