Role at a glance

This is a full-time, senior-level position focused on client-side development. We operate on a hybrid work model, providing flexibility while maintaining the collaborative energy of our engineering teams. We are currently looking for talent across our Android, iOS, and Web Frontend engineering departments.

Your impact

Feature Development: You will build new features by collaborating closely with design, API, and QA teams to find the most effective technical solutions. You will champion a shift from individual ownership to collective code ownership by sharing knowledge across the team.
Code Quality: You will participate in constant, pull-request-based code reviews. This ensures that every team member understands the codebase and can contribute to any part of the project when necessary.
Troubleshooting and Optimization: You will monitor live services to ensure a seamless user experience. Your work will involve maintaining high crash-free session rates and tracking real-time network metrics to guarantee consistent, high-quality performance.

What you'll need

To be successful in this role, you should have deep expertise in Android, iOS, or Web development. We value engineers who are proactive in architectural improvements and eager to adopt new technologies that boost long-term productivity. You must be comfortable working in a collaborative environment where API integration, QA processes, and code reviews are central to the workflow. Proficiency in Korean is required for this position.
