What you bring
We are looking for Senior-level talent to join us in a Full Time capacity. As a member of our engineering team, you will work across Android, iOS, and Web platforms to deliver high-quality features. Your role will be focused on maintaining technical excellence and fostering a collaborative environment. You will be responsible for the following:
- Developing and implementing new features by collaborating closely with design, API, and QA teams to find the most effective solutions.
- Conducting consistent, pull-request-based code reviews to ensure that all team members understand the codebase and can contribute to any part of the project.
- Proactively monitoring service performance and troubleshooting issues to maintain high crash-free session rates and predictable service quality.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in software engineering with expertise in Android, iOS, and Web development. You must be comfortable working with APIs and have a proven ability to perform thorough code reviews and complex troubleshooting. We value candidates who are eager to improve architectural structures and adopt new technologies to boost long-term productivity. Proficiency in Korean is required for this position. We look for individuals who are proactive, collaborative, and committed to moving from weak code ownership to a model of collective code ownership.
