What is this role?
We are hiring a Mid-Level Ad Operations Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid position based in the United States, where you will work from our office three days a week to collaborate with your colleagues in person. You will play a vital role in managing our digital advertising operations, ensuring our campaigns run smoothly and effectively across our portfolio of products.
What will you do?
- Manage the end-to-end traffic process for direct campaigns, which includes the setup, testing, and optimization of display and video ads within Google Ad Manager.
- Provide technical expertise to our sales and engineering departments to troubleshoot creative issues and ensure high-quality campaign delivery.
- Collaborate with product teams to test new ad experiences while maintaining pacing reports to keep our internal stakeholders and external partners informed.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in digital advertising and a proactive approach to problem-solving. We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:
- A bachelor's degree and 2 to 4 years of professional experience specifically in digital ad operations.
- High proficiency in Google Ad Manager and Ad Exchange, along with familiarity using troubleshooting tools like Charles or Proxyman.
- Technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as experience working with various tag vendors.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.
