Responsibilities
- You will drive the development of new features by collaborating closely with design, API, and QA teams to find and implement the best solutions. We encourage a shift from individual ownership to collective code ownership, where knowledge is shared across the entire team.
- You will participate in consistent, pull-request-based code reviews. This practice ensures that every team member understands the codebase, enabling anyone on the team to make necessary updates or improvements.
- You will take charge of troubleshooting and performance monitoring to ensure our products deliver a seamless user experience. This includes maintaining high crash-free session rates and tracking network metrics in real time to ensure our services remain stable and predictable.
Requirements
We are looking for senior-level engineers who possess strong technical expertise in Android, iOS, or Web development. You should be comfortable working in a collaborative environment where you can contribute to architectural improvements, adopt new technologies to boost productivity, and write clean, readable code that minimizes side effects. Proficiency in the Korean language is required for effective communication with our team.
