What is this role?

We are looking for a Talent Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position designed for someone who is ready to dive into the fast-paced world of digital media and business development. You will be based in the NYC area and will work in a hybrid capacity, reporting directly to our Talent Managers and Partners to help execute deal flow and foster the growth of our roster.

What will you do?

• Identify and scout rising stars while maintaining strong, positive relationships with our existing roster of talent.
• Manage day-to-day business interactions with third parties, including brands, agencies, and publicists, to uncover new revenue opportunities.
• Coordinate and execute deliverables for brand campaigns while assisting with projects like endorsements, licensing, and original production ventures.

What makes you a great fit?

To succeed in this role, you should have at least two years of experience in talent management, PR, digital media, or production. We are looking for someone who possesses a deep understanding of the creator economy and a genuine passion for digital content. You should be a strategic thinker who can balance creative goals with our company business objectives. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as you will be the primary point of contact for many of our partners. If you have a background in casting or established relationships with casting offices, that is a significant advantage.
