At Assured, we are transforming the insurance industry by modernizing the complex, manual world of claims processing. We provide large-scale insurers with advanced software solutions, ranging from self-service filing tools to sophisticated backend fraud detection, to help them succeed in a tech-driven market.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end enterprise implementations, managing onboarding programs while ensuring clear milestones and alignment between business and technical teams.
Oversee program execution by handling timelines, reporting, and executive communications for high-impact accounts.
Collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to resolve complex technical and operational hurdles.
Act as the primary advocate for our customers, translating their operational needs into actionable product improvements.
Serve as a strategic advisor to stakeholders in claims, operations, and technology to foster long-term partnerships.
Refine our delivery methodologies and internal processes to support our growth and improve the overall customer experience.

Must-haves

Extensive experience managing enterprise-scale implementations or customer programs for large accounts.
Professional background in the P&C insurance industry, such as experience with carriers, insurtech, or claims technology.
Deep familiarity with insurance operations and claims workflows.
Proven ability to navigate complex cross-functional relationships and communicate effectively with executive stakeholders.
A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the resilience to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English.

Nice-to-haves

Working knowledge of APIs, data integration, and formats like JSON to facilitate collaboration with engineering teams.
