Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Veterinary Project Manager to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This role is perfect for someone who has deep experience in veterinary clinic operations and wants to transition that expertise into the software space. You will work from anywhere, helping us bridge the gap between our product development and the real-world needs of veterinary professionals.
Your impact
- Advise on workflows: Use your firsthand knowledge of clinic operations to help our product managers validate decisions and ensure our software truly solves the challenges faced by veterinary teams.
- Lead cross-functional projects: Take ownership of strategic initiatives by coordinating efforts between engineering, product, and customer success teams to keep projects organized and on schedule.
- Manage external partnerships: Act as the primary point of contact for large hospital groups and integration partners, gathering feedback and driving collaborative success.
What you'll need
- A Bachelor's degree and significant experience managing operations within a veterinary hospital or clinic.
- A strong preference for candidates who have previously worked in a software or technology environment.
- Deep familiarity with practice management systems and the daily workflows of veterinary clinics.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects, manage multiple stakeholders, and communicate effectively across both technical and non-technical teams.
- Fluency in English and a highly organized approach to problem-solving.
Perks and compensation
