What you bring
In this contractor role, you will be responsible for steering complex, strategically significant projects from start to finish. You will work in a fully remote capacity, allowing you to contribute from anywhere. Your primary focus will be to guide and support our IT project teams as they develop and deploy solutions for our internal customers. Your daily contributions will include the following:
- Leading the end-to-end delivery of large, complex IT projects using established frameworks.
- Managing expectations across diverse stakeholder groups to ensure project alignment.
- Applying critical thinking and problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles within our technical platform.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who combines strong technical acumen with the ability to influence others at every level of the organization. You should possess a Bachelor’s degree, though a Master’s degree is preferred. We require at least five years of experience as an IT Project Manager, and we ideally look for those with over ten years of expertise. You must be proficient with the Microsoft suite, including MS Project, and have hands-on experience with PPM platforms. Excellent communication skills in English are essential, as is the ability to build professional relationships based on trust. Furthermore, you should hold a relevant certification such as a PMP, Certified Scrum Master, or an Agile Certified Practitioner credential.
