- Implement and manage proactive monitoring solutions using Datadog to identify and resolve issues before they impact our users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine incident response plans, lead resolution efforts, and conduct post-incident reviews to strengthen our systems.
Skills and experience

- Extensive experience with AWS infrastructure, Kubernetes, Terraform, Git, and Ansible.
- Proficiency in Ruby and Ruby on Rails, along with experience working with React on the frontend.
- A proven track record of leadership, including mentoring junior engineers and taking ownership of complex projects.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a commercial mindset, with a desire to engage directly with client-facing scenarios to improve product utility.
- Excellent communication skills in English and a commitment to collaborative, modern engineering practices.
Compensation and benefits
The target compensation for this position is $165,000 to $180,000 per year, plus stock options. Beyond the base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your professional and personal well-being:
- Flexible remote work arrangements.
- A 401k contribution plan.
- A dedicated learning and development budget through Learnerbly to support your growth.
How to apply
If you are excited about the prospect of building the future of work orchestration, we would love to hear from you. We recognize that talent comes from many backgrounds, so please reach out even if you do not meet every single requirement listed above. We are committed to an equitable hiring process and look forward to learning more about your unique perspective and experience.
