About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Cloud Engineer to join our Platform Engineering team on a full-time basis. This role is perfect for an early-career professional who is eager to learn and contribute to our cloud infrastructure journey. You will work alongside experienced engineers who are dedicated to mentoring the next generation of talent as we continue to scale our platform. This position offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and contribute to our EKS and Kubernetes environment while receiving direct mentorship from senior team members.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of cloud infrastructure using AWS services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to deliver technical improvements, including CI/CD pipelines and monitoring solutions.

Requirements

We are looking for individuals who are motivated to grow and possess a proactive, problem-solving mindset. You should have between 0 and 2 years of experience in cloud or platform engineering, which can include internships, academic projects, or personal work. You should also have a foundational understanding of the following areas:

• Experience or familiarity with Kubernetes and AWS services.
• Knowledge of platform engineering concepts such as IaC, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools.
• A strong desire to develop your skills in cloud infrastructure and a willingness to tackle new challenges.
• Enthusiasm for working within a fast-paced, collaborative team.

Location

This role is based in the United Kingdom. We operate on a hybrid model, requiring you to work from our Shoreditch office in London approximately 2 to 3 days per week.

Compensation and Benefits
