We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join our client-facing integrations team, where you will help bridge the gap between our core product and the complex needs of our enterprise customers.
Responsibilities

- Maintain rigorous standards for quality, security, and scalability across all integration projects.
- Leverage cloud technologies to develop resilient and responsive systems.
- Collaborate across teams, including Product, Delivery, Customer Success, and InfoSec, to ensure our solutions align with broader company goals.
Must-haves
- At least 7 years of professional experience developing across multiple languages and platforms, such as Ruby, Java, Python, PHP, JavaScript, or C#.
- Strong background in system design and architecture.
- Proven ability to translate complex enterprise business requirements into scalable technical solutions through direct client interaction.
- Experience with REST APIs and a solid understanding of web standards and protocols like HTTP, HTTPS, SSH, UDP, and TCP.
- Deep knowledge of how data is ingested, transformed, and shared between modern and legacy systems.
- A creative approach to problem-solving and the ability to articulate technical tradeoffs to both internal teams and customers.
- Experience leading technical projects and providing mentorship to other engineers.

- Comprehensive medical insurance and an Aviva pension scheme.
- Home office budget and a personal learning and development budget.
- Supportive maternity and paternity leave policies.
- Employee assistance program and a mental wellness budget.
- Hybrid work flexibility, with a requirement to commute to our London office a few times per month.
