We’re Spot AI, the team turning billions of business cameras into real-time video intelligence. Founded in 2018 by engineers from Stanford, Cisco Meraki, and Samsara, we’ve raised more than $60 million and are already live at thousands of sites across 17 industries. Now we’re looking for a senior product leader who’s ready to shape the next wave of AI-powered hardware and software that keeps workplaces safer and smarter.
Role at a glance
We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to join us full-time in a hybrid capacity. You’ll split your week between our San Francisco office near Oracle Park and two days working from home, guiding products that combine cutting-edge AI with physical hardware for mid-market and enterprise customers.
Your impact
- Own an entire product area end-to-end, setting revenue targets and KPIs, then driving the roadmap that gets you there.
- Lead new hardware offerings from first sketch through customer launch, coordinating engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to hit every milestone on time and on budget.
- Stay ahead of video-intelligence trends, spot opportunities to stand out, and turn those insights into features that thousands of businesses adopt and rely on daily.
What you'll need
You bring at least four years of product-management experience, ideally at a startup or high-growth company where both hardware and software mattered. You’re fluent in SaaS metrics, comfortable turning complex AI concepts into clear priorities, and skilled at rallying cross-functional teams around a shared vision. A technical bachelor’s degree or higher is required, and prior work with AI products is a plus. You thrive on customer conversations, bias toward action, and want to be in the San Francisco office at least three days a week.
Perks and compensation
We offer a base salary between $135,000 and $180,000, along with early-stage equity. Additional benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with employer match, flexible self-managed PTO, generous parental leave, a learning budget, and the hybrid schedule that balances focused office collaboration with two remote days each week.
