In just four years, we have processed over 1 billion hours of video and currently ingest more daily footage than YouTube. With nearly 100 million dollars in backing from top venture firms like Redpoint and Bessemer, we are disrupting the 30 billion dollar surveillance market by helping nearly 1,000 businesses optimize their physical operations.

Responsibilities

Lead and optimize our paid advertising programs to hit pipeline and revenue targets.
Manage the full lifecycle of campaigns, including targeting, budget allocation, and creative testing across platforms like LinkedIn and Google Ads.
Oversee technical platform setups, ensuring accurate tracking, attribution, and integration with tools like Google Analytics.
Partner with our growth, sales, and marketing operations teams to streamline workflows and align on pipeline goals.
Analyze campaign performance to test hypotheses and implement data-backed optimizations that maximize ROI.

Must-haves

At least 3 years of professional experience in performance marketing.
Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue growth through paid acquisition channels.
Expertise in managing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn.
Strong proficiency with Google Analytics for tracking and data analysis.
Excellent English communication skills to collaborate effectively with our global teams.
A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate complex, fast-paced environments.

Benefits

We offer a monthly net salary range of $48,000 to $60,000, along with the following perks:
