About the Role
We are searching for an experienced Product Design Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will lead the engineering and design efforts for our complex infrastructure projects. You will guide a cross-functional team of talented professionals to deliver practical and innovative solutions, ensuring that our design strategies align with project requirements across mechanical, electrical, civil, and structural disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers, architects, and drafters to foster a highly collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Oversee the entire design phase of projects, ensuring that all concepts, drawings, and specifications meet rigorous industry standards and client expectations.
- Coordinate closely with procurement and construction departments to align design concepts with project budgets, timelines, and technical specifications.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should possess the following qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Chemical Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in managing multi-disciplinary design within an EPC firm or a similar industrial environment.
- Strong technical proficiency in design software, specifically AutoCAD, Revit, and SolidWorks.
- Expertise in project management practices, construction methodologies, and various engineering disciplines.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage complex projects from inception through completion.
Location
This position is based on-site in the United States.
Compensation and Benefits
