The opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. In this role, you will own the tactical strategy and execution of our clinical lifecycle programs, with a primary focus on patient engagement and retention during their treatment journey. You will act as the vital bridge between our Marketing and Clinical teams, ensuring our communications are both effective and clinically sound. As an individual contributor reporting to the Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing, you will have the chance to shape our approach while working hands-on within our email service provider, Braze.
A day in the life
- Develop and execute a comprehensive program roadmap that features clear, measurable goals to improve patient engagement.
- Collaborate closely with our Clinical Programs and Operations teams to build a holistic content strategy that supports our patients.
- Analyze campaign performance and report on key metrics, providing actionable insights that guide our future testing and optimization efforts.
Who you are
You are a seasoned marketing professional with at least 4 years of experience in email marketing and CRM strategy. You thrive in environments where you can build programs from the ground up and are comfortable navigating ambiguity. Your background includes:
- A strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Proven experience designing complex marketing tests and measuring their impact on business outcomes.
- Exceptional communication skills, allowing you to influence stakeholders and build consensus across diverse teams.
- A deep commitment to understanding the customer experience through both qualitative and quantitative lenses.
- Fluency in English and a technical proficiency with tools like Braze.
