The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Quality Assurance to help us scale our impact by refining our release management and testing processes. In this role, you will lead a team of seasoned engineers, providing the mentorship and technical guidance necessary to ship high-quality software with confidence. You will be a key partner in our engineering organization, balancing the need for speed with the rigor required to maintain a secure, reliable, and effective platform for our patients.

A day in the life

• You will define the long-term technical strategy for our QA frameworks, ensuring we use the right tools and methodologies to maintain high standards of software excellence.
• You will provide hands-on leadership to your team, helping them prioritize complex tasks, navigate technical trade-offs, and remove any blockers that stand in the way of a successful release.
• You will collaborate across the company with various stakeholders to align our testing efforts with product goals, while monitoring performance metrics to ensure our pipelines remain efficient and reliable.

Who you are

You are a seasoned technical leader who thrives in fast-paced, mission-driven environments. You bring a deep understanding of software quality and a passion for building high-performing teams.

• You have at least 7 years of experience in QA and 3 years of experience in people management.
• You are proficient in Java, JavaScript, and Selenium WebDriver.
• You have hands-on experience with REST API testing, Git, CI/CD tools, JMeter, and SQL.
• You have a strong background working within high-security environments, such as those involving HIPAA or HITRUST compliance.
• You possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively during business hours in the Eastern or Central time zones.
• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
