EcoCart is a 20-person, remote-first company dedicated to building a leading post-purchase customer experience platform for e-commerce brands. We help our partners achieve their sustainability and service goals through package protection, issue resolution, and carbon offsetting, and we are looking for a Head of Marketing to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy designed to drive pipeline and meet company objectives.
- Manage multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, search, and content, using data to iterate and improve performance.
- Lead and mentor our marketing team while collaborating closely with product, sales, and customer success departments.
- Enhance our brand presence and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Apply your expertise in the e-commerce and SaaS sectors to drive meaningful impact.
- Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous optimization to stay ahead of market trends.
Must-haves
- Proven success leading marketing or growth initiatives within a small startup environment.
- Experience building marketing infrastructure, including paid advertising, automated outbound, and CRM systems.
- Strong ability to perform A/B testing on top-of-funnel strategies and optimize results quickly.
- Current residency in the United States or Canada.
Nice-to-haves
- Hands-on experience managing HubSpot.
- Direct experience working within the e-commerce ecosystem, particularly with Shopify.
- A background in creating and refining brand identity.

The base salary for this role is $140,000 to $160,000.
