Are you ready to help us build a platform that changes the way the world shops? At EcoCart, we are a dedicated team of 20 people working to provide peace of mind for shoppers through our post-purchase customer experience platform. We partner with e-commerce brands to manage package protection, issue resolution, and carbon offsetting, ultimately helping them build trust and increase customer lifetime value. We are growing fast, and we are looking for someone who is motivated to scale with us.
What you bring
As our Head of Growth Marketing, you will serve in a Director level role on a full-time basis. You will be responsible for leading our growth initiatives and customer acquisition strategies while working in a remote capacity from either the United States or Canada. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy to drive our sales pipeline and achieve company objectives.
- Managing and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social, and search platforms while using data to iterate for better performance.
- Leading and mentoring our marketing team while collaborating with sales and product departments to ensure our messaging remains consistent and impactful.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who thrives in a startup environment and has a proven history of building marketing infrastructure from the ground up. You should be comfortable setting up systems for paid ads and automated outbound efforts. It is essential that you have a growth mindset and a deep understanding of how to run A/B tests to optimize top-of-funnel strategies. Proficiency in HubSpot is highly preferred, as is experience working within the e-commerce ecosystem, particularly with Shopify. You must be fluent in English and possess the ability to iterate on brand identity to keep our presence fresh and engaging.
