Group Product Manager at Loadsmart

We are Loadsmart, a growth-stage technology company and official unicorn valued at over $1 billion. Led by a team of logistics veterans, data scientists, and product experts, we are actively disrupting the $800 billion logistics industry. We are looking for a Group Product Manager to join our team and help us scale our Digital Logistics Execution platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of product managers, including overseeing hiring and succession planning.
• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our shipper-facing product portfolio while managing the full lifecycle from discovery to launch.
• Partner with engineering and design leads to ensure teams operate efficiently and maintain high standards for product development.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across sales, operations, and business development to align product goals with broader business needs.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, providing insights on market dynamics, customer pain points, and competitive intelligence.
• Promote our products to customers and represent the business at executive briefings and industry events.
• Drive process improvements to increase the speed and quality of our product deployment.

Must-haves

• At least 6 years of experience in product management, specifically taking software products from inception through iteration.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience leading and mentoring product management teams.
• Deep understanding of supply chain operations and digital logistics solutions.
• Proven track record with B2B SaaS products, particularly in moving early-stage solutions toward product-market fit.
• Experience working in high-growth environments where you have managed revenue-sensitive product areas.
• Strong ability to translate commercial business needs into technical solutions while brokering trade-offs between stakeholders.
• A data-driven mindset with experience in hypothesis-driven execution and measuring the financial impact of product decisions.
• Expertise in driving Agile execution and testing velocity.
• Fluency in English.
