The opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our mission. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our platform, working in an entrepreneurial environment where your code directly impacts millions of travelers. Whether you are based in San Francisco, Austin, or working remotely from anywhere, you will have the autonomy to solve complex problems and build features that make travel planning effortless. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives on ownership and wants to contribute across the entire technical stack.
A day in the life
- Collaborate directly with our leadership, product, and engineering teams to architect and implement impactful new features.
- Take ownership of various parts of our business, including frontend interfaces, backend services, data warehousing, and reporting tools.
- Partner with our existing engineering team to share knowledge, refine our technical approach, and amplify the impact of your contributions.
Who you are
You are a seasoned engineer with at least 4 years of professional experience. You are comfortable navigating a full-stack environment and have a strong grasp of JavaScript, React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL. You communicate your ideas clearly and take pride in writing documentation that helps the whole team succeed. If you have experience with Google Cloud or have previously worked in a fast-paced startup or travel-focused company, you will feel right at home here. Proficiency in English is essential for our collaborative environment.
