About the Role
We are seeking a Demand Generation Specialist to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving our market presence and expanding our sales pipeline within the renewable energy sector. You will report directly to the Director of Marketing and collaborate across departments to develop and execute strategies that position us as a leader in sustainable technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage robust lead generation frameworks that effectively attract, engage, and convert target audiences.
- Masterfully utilize marketing automation and CRM tools to maintain a healthy lead ecosystem and implement sophisticated lead nurturing processes.
- Execute comprehensive outbound lead generation campaigns, including paid advertising and event activations, while using data-driven insights to optimize conversion rates.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 2 years of professional experience in B2B lead generation.
- Proven expertise managing LinkedIn ads for at least 2 years.
- Technical proficiency in Salesforce, specifically regarding lead segmentation, filtering, and workflow automation.
- A proactive, data-driven mindset with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
Location
This is a remote position. We are open to candidates residing in any state within the United States where we currently employ staff.
