What you bring
We are seeking a hands-on Manager, Salesforce Development to lead our efforts in this full-time, hybrid role based in Seattle. You will be responsible for building our first dedicated Salesforce development team, establishing core processes, and aligning our technical roadmap with the needs of our rapidly growing business. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Recruiting, hiring, and mentoring a team of Salesforce professionals while fostering a culture of collaboration and trust.
- Partnering with stakeholders to design and execute a Salesforce roadmap that delivers scalable, high-value business solutions.
- Managing the full project lifecycle, including hands-on development, configuration, and rigorous code reviews to maintain high quality.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with at least 5 years of experience in Salesforce development and 3 years in a management capacity. You should possess deep expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities and development methodologies, paired with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders. We value candidates who are proactive problem solvers, comfortable with autonomy, and capable of designing systems that integrate seamlessly across our infrastructure. Proficiency in English is required, and holding relevant certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer or Architect is considered a strong asset.
