What you bring
As our Chief Technology Officer, you will serve as a vital member of our Senior Executive Leadership Team, reporting directly to our President and CEO. This full-time, remote-friendly role requires a visionary leader to define our technical strategy while remaining hands-on with execution. You will oversee Engineering, Data Science, and Security, ensuring our infrastructure supports rapid, sustainable growth. The location for this position is anywhere, with a preference for candidates based in or willing to travel to Seattle.

Requirements
We are looking for a progressive technology leader with over 20 years of experience in software engineering and at least 8 years in a senior executive capacity. The ideal candidate possesses deep technical expertise in cloud architecture, data science, and security, alongside a proven track record of scaling B2B platforms during rapid growth phases. You must be an experienced Agile practitioner who communicates with clarity and transparency. We value leaders who are curious, resilient, and energized by mission-driven work. Proficiency in English is required, and while not mandatory, experience in IoT, solar, or clean energy environments is a significant plus.
