As a well-funded, growth-stage B Corp, we are transforming the renewable energy sector and are currently looking for a talented Marketing Operations Manager to help us scale our impact. If you are a strategic, data-driven professional who thrives in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you.
Role at a glance
This is a full-time position for an experienced manager who is ready to take our marketing systems to the next level. While we are headquartered in Seattle, this role is remote, offering you the flexibility to contribute from anywhere we currently have an established presence. You will report directly to the VP of Marketing and serve as a key partner to our go-to-market teams.
Your impact
- Own and optimize our entire marketing technology stack, including CRM systems and automation platforms, to ensure seamless integration and efficiency.
- Develop robust data dashboards and reporting structures to track KPIs like lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign ROI, providing actionable insights to leadership.
- Bridge the gap between Sales and Marketing by refining lead management processes and workflows to accelerate pipeline growth and eliminate operational waste.
What you'll need
We are looking for someone who speaks the language of B2B growth and brings a blend of technical skill and strategic vision. You should be proficient in English and possess the following:
- 5 to 8 years of experience in marketing operations within a B2B setting.
- Proven expertise with CRM systems like Salesforce, marketing automation tools, and data analytics platforms.
- Strong technical skills in WordPress and SEO, alongside a deep understanding of data privacy regulations.
- A growth mindset that allows you to tackle complex problems and continuously improve processes in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to communicate effectively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Perks and compensation
We are committed to supporting your well-being and professional journey. Our benefits package includes:
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- Disability insurance and parental leave.
- A 401k plan to help you save for the future.
- Stock options to ensure you share in our collective success.
- Flexible hours and generous paid time off, including a paid sabbatical after four years.
- The freedom and flexibility of a remote work environment.
