What you'll be doing
- You will partner with engineering, operations, and AI product management teams to use data insights to guide feature development, roadmap prioritization, and go-to-market strategies.
- You will monitor product performance metrics, conduct A/B testing, and collaborate with UX/UI designers to optimize user adoption and retention.
- You will cultivate a data-driven culture by providing training to stakeholders and championing data governance to ensure the ethical use of information.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should have a solid foundation in data analytics and a passion for turning complex information into clear strategies. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field like Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering.
- At least two years of professional experience in data science, business intelligence, or product analytics.
- Technical proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams, along with the flexibility to work during US Eastern or Pacific time zones.
- Fluency in English to effectively collaborate with our global team.
