What you'll be doing
- You will proactively identify and qualify potential clients through strategic outreach methods, such as cold calling, targeted email campaigns, and social media engagement.
- You will conduct outbound calls to educate prospects on our Employer of Record services, helping them understand how we can meet their needs while scheduling demos for our sales team.
- You will maintain accurate records of your interactions and prospecting efforts within our CRM software to ensure our pipeline remains organized and up to date.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong work ethic and a passion for building professional relationships. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in lead generation or sales development roles.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, which allow you to build rapport with prospects easily.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset and the ability to handle objections with persistence and professionalism.
- Familiarity with CRM software and a comfort level with various sales technologies.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while staying highly organized.
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, though not required.
- Any prior knowledge of the Employer of Record industry or HR outsourcing is considered a significant plus.
