The role

We are looking for a Creative Lead, Art to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position open to candidates located anywhere, as we operate as a remote-first organization. You will play a pivotal role in defining the visual identity of our brand, working closely with copywriters and designers to produce compelling digital campaigns and integrated experiences that align with our strategic goals.

Core responsibilities

• Design and execute high-quality visual assets across various digital channels, including social media, websites, email marketing, and event materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners, such as copywriters and strategists, to develop integrated concepts that effectively communicate our company objectives.
• Stay current with emerging design trends and industry best practices to ensure our visual storytelling remains innovative, fresh, and consistent with our brand standards.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong portfolio that demonstrates your expertise in visual storytelling and art direction. We require the following qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in art direction with a focus on digital platforms and campaigns.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• A deep understanding of design fundamentals, specifically typography, layout, and color theory.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Fluency in English.

Compensation and benefits

The annual gross base salary range for this position is $106,400 - $133,000, plus variable compensation. We are proud to offer a remote work environment that prioritizes flexibility and provides our team members with the resources they need to thrive.
