What you bring
We are seeking a Senior CRM Manager to join our marketing team on a full-time basis. In this remote role, you will collaborate closely with our product and marketing departments to build a world-class strategy focused on user activation and retention. Your core responsibilities will include the following:
- Designing and managing automated triggers for push notifications, transactional emails, and in-app messaging.
- Executing CRM campaigns while measuring and analyzing their overall performance.
- Mapping the user journey to connect acquisition and churn funnels with targeted CRM initiatives.
Requirements
To succeed in this position, you should possess a strong background in CRM marketing with at least three years of proven experience. We value candidates who have a deep understanding of CRM stages and are proficient with industry-standard campaign tools and solutions. Because our team is global, you must have an advanced command of English, and fluency in an additional EU language is considered a significant advantage. We are looking for someone who excels at copywriting and editing, and who brings a growth mindset, curiosity, and a high level of attention to detail to every project.
