At Planner 5D, we have built a global home design hub that empowers over 90 million users across 230 territories to bring their renovation visions to life. Our platform bridges the gap between concept and execution through intuitive, cross-platform software available on Web, iOS, Android, Windows, and MacOS. We are currently looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join our team on a contractor basis. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to collaborate with our diverse, international team of product-oriented professionals from anywhere in the world.

Responsibilities

Architect, build, and manage reliable data pipelines utilizing Apache Airflow.
Create and refine ETL workflows to ingest information from diverse sources, such as Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, and other key platforms.
Oversee the development and maintenance of our data warehouse within Google BigQuery.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong technical background and a passion for data-driven decision-making. We are looking for the following qualifications:

Advanced proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with BigQuery.
Proven ability to manage workflow orchestration using Apache Airflow.
Expertise in data modeling and transformation using dbt.
Practical experience with data visualization tools like Google Data Studio.
A solid grasp of marketing analytics for web and mobile applications, including attribution modeling.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with our engineering and product teams.
Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform and integrations like Stripe or Apple Connect is considered a significant advantage.
