Planner 5D is a global destination for home improvement and design, serving over 100 million users with our intuitive tools for creating floor plans and interior layouts. We are looking for a Customer Support Agent to join our remote team and help us make the home design process seamless for everyone.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely and efficient support to our users through our live chat system.
- Maintain high standards of service while meeting operational SLAs and satisfaction targets.
- Investigate and resolve user issues with a focus on quick, effective solutions.
- Act as the voice of our brand by delivering engaging and positive experiences.
- Develop a deep understanding of our product to answer user questions accurately.
- Identify, research, and escalate user feedback to our management team.
- Contribute ideas to help us improve the speed and quality of our support.
- Work day shifts scheduled between 9:00 and 21:00 EEST.
Must-haves
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar support role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to take full ownership of issues until they are resolved.
- Experience using CRM or project management software.
- Capacity to explain complex concepts in simple, user-friendly language.
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills to understand and address service-related issues.
- An empathetic, diligent, and responsive approach to helping customers.
