What you bring
We are seeking a Senior CRM Manager to join our marketing team on a full-time, remote basis. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and product departments to develop and execute a high-level CRM strategy that drives user activation and long-term retention. Your work will be central to how we communicate with our global user base across our web and mobile platforms.
- Design and manage automated triggers for transactional emails, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
- Execute comprehensive CRM campaigns while measuring and analyzing their performance.
- Map out user acquisition and churn funnels to ensure our CRM efforts align with every stage of the customer journey.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have at least three years of proven experience in CRM marketing. We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of CRM stages and a strong command of industry-standard tools and services. Because our community is global, you must have an advanced level of written and spoken English, and proficiency in an additional EU language is considered a significant advantage. You should be a skilled copywriter and editor who is comfortable crafting engaging content.
