We are looking for a Senior Content Writer to join our remote marketing department and help us produce high-quality content that resonates with our global audience.
Responsibilities
- Draft engaging blog posts and articles that reflect our company mission and values.
- Perform in-depth research on assigned topics to ensure every piece is informative and helpful.
- Apply SEO best practices to improve the visibility of our written content.
- Manage the publishing process by formatting and uploading articles directly into WordPress.
- Collaborate on visual elements by ideating and requesting graphics for your articles.
- Adhere to established workflows and brand voice guidelines to maintain consistency.
- Monitor industry trends to keep our content strategy current and effective.
Must-haves
- Significant experience as a content writer, supported by a strong portfolio of samples.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English.
- Advanced research capabilities and the versatility to write about a wide variety of subjects.
- A solid grasp of SEO principles and how they apply to content creation.
- The ability to balance independent work with team collaboration.
- High organizational standards and a meticulous eye for detail.
- Availability to work between 8am and 1pm Pacific time.
Nice-to-haves
- Practical experience using WordPress or similar content management systems.
- Specific knowledge or professional experience writing about resumes and job search strategies.
