The role
We are seeking a Marketing Manager, Growth & Product to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a manager-level position designed for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment. You will play a pivotal role in our growth strategy, balancing performance-driven acquisition with thoughtful product marketing to ensure our tools reach the people who need them most.
Core responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing automation and performance strategies to optimize our conversion funnels.
- Lead product marketing initiatives, including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market launches that resonate with diverse customer segments.
- Implement an experimentation-first approach by running A/B tests to refine engagement, reduce churn, and improve overall product performance.
Skills and experience
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong analytical mindset and a passion for SaaS growth. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Deep expertise in performance marketing, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot, to manage lifecycle marketing and trial conversions.
- Proven ability to craft compelling storytelling and product positioning.
- Experience managing multi-channel campaigns and working within cross-functional teams.
- A strategic approach to testing and data-driven decision-making.
- Fluency in English.
Compensation and benefits
