We’re looking for a Head of Engineering who thrives as a player-coach—someone who can lead at a high level while staying hands-on when needed.
This role isn’t just about managing engineers—it’s about leading, strategizing, and executing. You’ll help scale the engineering team, optimize processes, and drive technical innovation, all while ensuring alignment with the company’s business goals. You’ll work closely with the CEO, product, and leadership team to shape the future of our platform, but also support engineers through complex, hands-on technical challenges when necessary.
