Ready to shape the sound and look of stories that reach listeners around the world? We’re looking for a sharp-eared, detail-driven editor to help us craft episodes that keep audiences coming back for more.

Role at a glance

We’re hiring a Senior Podcast Editor on a part-time basis. The role is fully remote and open to candidates anywhere, with a commitment of 5–10 hours each week.

Your impact

Shape every episode from raw recordings into crisp, engaging audio and video that meets platform standards on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and YouTube.
Layer in music, sound effects, intros, captions, and graphics so each story feels polished and ready to share on social media.
Turn full episodes into bite-sized teasers and highlight reels that drive discovery and keep our audience growing.

What you'll need

Bring a portfolio that proves you’ve edited podcasts end-to-end, plus fluency in Adobe Audition (or similar) and Final Cut Pro (or similar). You’ll need a solid grasp of audio-video formats, codecs, and export settings, the ability to juggle several projects at once, and clear, proactive communication. Bonus points if you’ve dabbled in motion graphics. You’re also available for quick check-ins between 7 am and 10 am Pacific time.

Perks and compensation

We offer USD $10 – $20 per hour, depending on experience, along with the freedom of fully remote work.
