What you bring

In this full-time, remote role, you will serve as a vital partner to our Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams. By transforming raw data into actionable insights, you will empower our organization to make smarter, data-driven decisions. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between technical data structures and the strategic needs of our business stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain sophisticated dashboards, reports, and data models using Looker, DBT, and LookML.
• Collaborate with our Data Engineering team to refine our enterprise data capabilities and manage pipelines from sources like Salesforce and Postgres.
• Provide strategic ad-hoc analysis and training to internal users to foster a culture of self-service reporting.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who possesses at least four years of experience working with data and relational databases. You should be highly proficient in SQL, DBT, and LookML, with a strong ability to translate complex technical findings into clear narratives for non-technical audiences. A background in fields such as Statistics, Information Systems, Math, or Computer Science is preferred, and familiarity with Python for automation is a significant plus. The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages shifting priorities with ease, and is passionate about uncovering the root causes behind business trends.

What we offer

We are pleased to offer a starting salary range of $95,000 to $110,000 for this position. We believe in supporting our employees through a flexible and inclusive work culture that values your unique perspective and professional growth.
