Chief Product and Technology Officer at Jellyvision

We are now looking for a Chief Product and Technology Officer to guide the next phase of product and technology growth for ALEX.

Key outcomes

• Define and execute a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with company goals and market opportunities.
• Lead engineering and product teams through the full lifecycle of designing, developing, and launching new benefits products or enhancements.
• Establish effective team structures, role clarity, and agile management practices that enable incremental value delivery and sustainable growth.
• Integrate user feedback, data analytics, and market research into product decisions to maintain a customer-first approach.
• Ensure all products and platforms meet rigorous security and compliance standards, including HIPAA and SOC 2.
• Build and retain high-performing cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and IT while championing modern development practices.
• Identify opportunities for innovation in benefits technology, user experience, and workflow automation that keep ALEX competitive.

Requirements

• At least ten years of senior product or technology leadership experience, ideally within benefits, HR technology, or SaaS environments.
• Strong background in product-focused development for employee benefits, HR software, or closely related domains.
• Extensive experience applying agile methodologies, DevOps, and continuous integration practices.
• Demonstrated success building, leading, and inspiring large cross-functional technology teams.
• Deep knowledge of cloud architectures, data security, API integrations, and modern development frameworks.
• Proven ability to translate business objectives into technology strategies that deliver measurable product and revenue growth.
• Track record of delivering high-quality products on schedule and within budget.
• Excellent communication skills with the capacity to explain complex technology strategies to varied audiences.
• Proficiency in English.

Preferred qualifications

• Familiarity with benefits administration, insurance regulations, and compliance requirements such as HIPAA and COBRA.
• Experience balancing stakeholder needs, managing complexity, and driving engagement across diverse teams.

Compensation

The starting salary range for this position is $300,000 to $330,000. The role is also eligible for an annual bonus. In addition, the position offers the flexibility of remote work.
