The role

We are seeking a Director of Product, Decision Support to join our team in a full-time, executive-level capacity. This is a remote position that requires a strategic leader who can envision the future of our product line while remaining grounded in data and market reality. You will be responsible for setting a bold vision, identifying growth opportunities, and rallying our organization around a clear, actionable product roadmap.

Core responsibilities

• Drive product innovation by maintaining a relentless focus on our customers, partners, and the broader market to solve complex problems and identify competitive advantages.
• Define and execute ROI strategies by validating hypotheses through testing, understanding our technical ecosystem, and building a phased approach to bring high-value solutions to market.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration by working closely with our creative, technology, marketing, and sales teams to ensure our product vision is clearly communicated and successfully implemented.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess a deep understanding of the health and benefits landscape, along with the following qualifications:

• Over 10 years of relevant product innovation experience, specifically within the HR tech, health insurance, and benefits engagement space.
• Proven leadership ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and translate complex visions into clear, actionable strategies.
• Strong business acumen with expertise in SaaS business models, pricing, and packaging.
• Demonstrated success in customer discovery, market validation, and partnering with revenue organizations to launch new solutions.
• Experience working within agile development environments to design and deliver software products.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business executives.
• Proficiency in English.

Compensation and benefits

The starting salary for this position is $165,000 to $200,000 USD, and this role is eligible for an annual bonus. In addition to competitive pay, we offer the flexibility of remote work to support the well-being of our team members.
