As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Product Design team on a full-time, on-site basis. What you'll be doing
- You will translate complex financial data into intuitive, easy-to-digest designs that provide a seamless experience for our customers.
- You will manage the full design documentation process, clearly outlining features to ensure our development team has everything they need to succeed.
- You will partner with our Product Strategy and Customer Success teams to define new feature requirements and create high-fidelity mockups, components, and prototypes using Figma.
What you'll bring
- You have professional experience working within the Financial Technology space.
- You possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Design, Human-Computer Interaction, UX, Finance, Economics, or a quantitative discipline like Mathematics or Engineering.
- You are highly skilled at creating wireframes and prototypes at various levels of fidelity.
- You have a natural ability to solve problems and translate intricate concepts into simple, user-friendly interfaces.
- You are an effective collaborator who enjoys working closely with product, engineering, and QA teams.
- You have excellent communication skills in English.
What you'll get
The salary range for this position is $140,000 to $165,000. In addition to your compensation, you will receive the following benefits:
