We are looking for a Brand Operations Manager to join our team in the United States to oversee workflows and ensure the flawless execution of our creative projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project management methodologies that unify our marketing functions.
- Monitor project progress and analyze workloads to provide actionable resourcing recommendations.
- Collaborate with creative leads to refine briefs and ensure all business requirements are met.
- Oversee non-CAC brand budgets and make strategic decisions to maximize cost efficiency.
- Partner with our transcreation team to streamline internationalization efforts.
- Lead operational improvements by identifying better tools and processes to drive efficiency.
- Manage high-priority initiatives from start to finish, including coordination with external agencies and freelancers.
- Optimize workflows for our Creative, New Media, and Product Marketing teams.
- Establish clear timelines, manage resources, and ensure cross-functional alignment on all deliverables.
- Identify potential project risks early and proactively offer effective solutions.
Must-haves
- At least 5 years of experience in project management or operations, preferably within an agency environment.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex marketing communications and campaigns.
- A proven ability to build effective processes and organize cross-functional teams.
- High proficiency in using the Google Suite.
- A self-motivated and collaborative mindset with a strong talent for operational efficiency.
- The ability to remain adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English.
