Associate, Wholesale Operations at Whoop

We are looking for an Associate to join our Wholesale Operations team in Boston, Massachusetts, to help us scale our business across domestic and international markets.

Key outcomes

• Manage the lifecycle of wholesale purchase orders while ensuring we meet service level agreements and identifying ways to automate our workflows.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, such as inventory turnover, sell-through rates, and return rates, to drive revenue and operational efficiency.
• Oversee the returns process and refine our sales and operations planning to ensure scalability.
• Perform detailed analyses to resolve issues related to promotional performance, inventory health, and service deviations.
• Collaborate with retail partners on demand planning, assortment launches, and replenishment strategies.
• Support the creation of pitch decks for prospective retailers and serve as the primary point of contact for operational inquiries.
• Work closely with our third-party logistics providers to coordinate shipping, palletization, and the receipt of purchase orders.

Requirements

• Possess six months to one year of experience in areas such as planning, logistics, analytics, or e-commerce, which may be demonstrated through internships, co-ops, or relevant coursework.
• Demonstrate a problem-solving mindset and the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.
• Show strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across different functional teams.
• Maintain a data-driven approach with meticulous attention to detail.
• Exhibit excellent time management and the ability to execute tasks with a strong sense of urgency.
• Be willing to travel up to 20 percent of the time.
• Be prepared to work on-site at our office in Boston, Massachusetts.
• A passion for fitness, health, and technology is considered a significant plus.
