With headquarters in San Francisco, an office in Waterloo, Ontario, and a studio in Los Angeles, we continue to grow and are now seeking an Associate Performance Marketing Manager to strengthen our paid-media efforts.
Key outcomes
- Manage day-to-day operations of YouTube and Programmatic campaigns within Google Ads and DSP platforms, adjusting bids, targeting, and creative to improve CPA, ROAS, and overall revenue.
- Produce recurring performance reports, surface actionable insights from marketing KPIs, and deliver ad-hoc analyses to internal stakeholders.
- Design and execute structured tests-including A/B, Conversion Lift, and incrementality studies-to refine spend allocation and creative effectiveness.
- Partner with creative, product, and analytics teams on landing-page experiments and new asset development that support broader growth initiatives.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience in paid marketing, including a minimum of one year managing campaigns directly in Google Ads or a Programmatic DSP.
- Working knowledge of self-serve advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, Snap, Twitter, DV360, and The Trade Desk, along with current best practices in bidding, targeting, and creative optimization.
- Strong command of core marketing metrics-CTR, CVR, CPM, CPA, and ROAS-and proven ability to apply testing frameworks to improve results.
- Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple projects independently.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functions in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Direct experience running VAC and DemandGen campaigns within Google Ads.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $100,000–$117,000 USD. In addition to base pay, we offer equity compensation along with comprehensive benefits that include medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, flexible working hours, and the ability to work remotely from any location.
